ーー What inspired you to work at SG Group?
It was actually Instagram. At the time, I was working as a bartender in Osaka and planning to relocate to Tokyo. One day, I came across a job post for The SG Club on Instagram and felt an instant connection. Without hesitating, I sent them a direct message. Shortly after, I decided to move to Tokyo, even before I had secured a place to live.
ーー What is your current role and responsibilities?
I’m currently the Head Bartender at The SG Club. My responsibilities include overseeing cocktail quality control, developing new menus, and training the bartending team. I also serve as the bar’s ambassador, representing The SG Club at guest bartending events abroad.
ーー What is important to you in your work?
For me, creativity is everything. As a bartender, the ability to imagine and create unique experiences is the most crucial skill.

Personal Bio
I started my bartending career in Osaka at 19. After attending a master class by Shingo Gokan, who had just won a world cocktail competition, I began studying bartending seriously. After gaining experience as a Bar Manager in Osaka, I joined SG Group in 2021 and became Head Bartender of The SG Club in 2024.
