"It's all about having fun at work because that energy is contagious."
ーー What inspired you to work at SG Group?
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I found my passion for hospitality and started imagining myself as a bartender. When I came across The SG Club, I knew right away it was the perfect place to grow. I could picture myself working there and was excited to join the team.
ーー What is your current role and responsibilities?
I'm a bartender at The SG Club, where I create over 300 cocktails daily and serve more than 100 customers.
ーー What is important to you in your work?
For me, it’s all about having fun at work because that energy is contagious. When I enjoy what I’m doing, it naturally creates a warm, enjoyable atmosphere for the customers too. I believe that if I'm genuinely engaged and having a good time, our guests will feel that and enjoy themselves even more.
ーー What makes SG Group attractive?
One of the things I find most inspiring about SG Group is the freedom to pursue whatever you're passionate about. Whether it’s deepening knowledge about coffee, using English in a global context, or learning from the international bar scene, SG Group offers amazing support. They encourage personal growth and independence, which I think is invaluable.
