ーー What inspired you to work at SG Group?
After realizing my passion for hospitality during the COVID-19 pandemic, I aspired to become a bartender. When I discovered The SG Club, I immediately envisioned myself working there and wanted to join their team.
ーー What is your current role and responsibilities?
I am a bartender at The SG Club, making over 300 cocktails daily and serving more than 100 customers each day.
ーー What is important to you in your work?
I believe that having fun at work ensures the customers also enjoy themselves. When I enjoy my work, it naturally creates an enjoyable atmosphere for the customers.

Personal Bio
Born into a family that has run a soy sauce shop in Kochi for over 100 years, I have traveled to over 20 countries, experiencing various cultures. I worked at Kaga-ya, known for its hospitality, and at YAMAMO BREWERY, which attracts creative teams from abroad. Aspiring to serve customers directly with my creations, I joined SG Group to pursue my dream of becoming a bartender.
